A day at MAX

As a restaurant assistant, your tasks are varied. You serve our guests and make sure that it is nice and clean outside in the restaurant, work in the kitchen where you prepare burgers, smoothies and fry fries, among other things. You are responsible for the checkout where you receive orders and make sure that guests receive the right goods, all this together with your colleagues.

The work involves varying working hours on days, evenings, nights and weekends. Under the guidance of the restaurant manager or an experienced colleague, you will learn the job step by step at the various stations and through our digital training. Almost all of our managers have started in this role!

How does the process work?

We have chosen to remove CVs and cover letters for our positions as restaurant employees. Instead of submitting your CV and cover letter, you answer a number of selection questions and take a Service Test. We ask you to answer the selection questions in detail.

After you have submitted your application, you will receive a test sent to your email, this is a Service Test and involves you answering how you would have acted in a situation that may arise in the daily work at MAX. Through the test, you as a candidate get a taste of what it is like to work at MAX. The test takes a maximum of 15 minutes. After you have taken the test, we will review your application and get back to you as soon as we can. If you proceed in the process, you will receive an invitation to an interview, if you do not proceed, we will get back to you via Mail. We review the applications on an ongoing basis and the position can be filled before the application deadline. Please note that the Service Test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process, so we do not take on candidates who do not complete the Service Test.
