MAX is Sweden's oldest and most popular burger chain! We started already in 1968 in Gällivare. This makes our family business one of the longest-running burger chains in all of Europe. We have the industry's widest selection of green burgers. In 2008, we became the world's first restaurant chain to climate-label the menu and climate-compensate all emissions.

On 1. In March 2013, MAX opened its first restaurant in Copenhagen, Denmark. The ambition is the same as at the start: With the best ingredients, we serve the best burgers.

As a restaurant employee, you serve to guests, fry burgers, work in the drive-in and at the checkout. You will learn our different stations step by step under the guidance of the restaurant manager or his/her assistant combined with our online training.

A day at MAX

As an employee, your tasks are varied. You serve our guests and make sure that it is nice and clean in the restaurant, work in the kitchen, where you prepare burgers, smoothies and fries, among other things. You are responsible for the cash register, where you take orders and make sure that guests get the right items. All this together with your colleagues.

The work involves varying working hours on days, evenings, nights and weekends. Under the guidance of the restaurant manager or an experienced colleague, you will learn the job step by step at the various stations and through our digital training courses. Almost all of our leaders have started in this role!
